Staff and students of the Canadian Forces School of Aerospace Control Operations (CFSACO), located in Cornwall, Ont., have placed their annual Remembrance memorial in front of the school for the public and members to see.  These crosses bear the names of the soldiers who have been killed in Afghanistan and an additional cross for a fellow Aerospace Control Operator who was killed while on duty in Sinai, Egypt. Each year the crosses are erected two weeks prior to Remembrance Day and remain standing until November 11.

Although it is located at the NAV Canada Centre in Cornwall, hundreds of kilometres away from CFB Borden, CFSACO is a unit of 16 Wing Borden.  The school's mandate is to train military Aerospace Controllers (AEC) and Aerospace Control Operators (AC Op).
