Team Winnipeg member WO DA Kohli was presented his first clasp to his Canadian Forces Decoration (CD), representing 22 years of service, by Colonel Yvan Boilard, Commanding Officer of 17 Wing Winnipeg, during a ceremony held here 17 March.
The Canadian Forces' Decoration is awarded to officers and Non-Commissioned Members of the Canadian Forces who have completed twelve years of service. The decoration is awarded to all ranks, who have a good record of conduct. A clasp (bar) is awarded for every subsequent period of ten years of qualifying service.
