Team Winnipeg member Sergeant TLS Graham was presented the first clasp to her Canadian Forces Decoration (CD), representing 22 years of service, by Lieutenant-Colonel RD Reyenga, Commanding Officer of 17 Wing Winnipeg, during a ceremony held here 21 June.
The Canadian Forces' Decoration is awarded to officers and Non-Commissioned Members of the Canadian Forces who have completed twelve years of service. The decoration is awarded to all ranks, who have a good record of conduct. A clasp (bar) is awarded for every subsequent period of ten years of qualifying service.
