On Friday, September 1, 2017, listen for and join your Royal Canadian Air Force as we honour their past and future with an historic Colours Presentation Ceremony at Nathan Phillips Square in Toronto, starting at 12:30 p.m.

As part of this event, Second World War aircraft will fly over the Square at approximately 1:15 p.m. A parade of about 25 RCAF aircraft─including the specially painted “Canada 150” CF-18 Demo Hornet and the Canadian Forces Snowbirds─will take start close to 2 p.m. and last approximately 10 minutes.

The flypast is also scheduled to take place on Thursday, August 31 between 2:15 and 2:45 p.m. in preparation for the ceremony the following day. In both cases, the aircraft will fly over Queen Street from east to west.

These flypasts are carefully planned and closely controlled to ensure public safety, and will be of limited duration during the day. Aircraft participation is subject to weather and operations.

Join us in celebrating the latest chapter in the remarkable history of your RCAF, and its proud connections with Toronto!
