Mr. Paul Storwick, was appointed as Honorary Colonel of 1 Air Maintenance Squadron, 4 Wing Cold Lake, AB in March 2014.

Honorary Colonel Storwick, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Greatwest Kenworth Ltd, was born and raised in Calgary. Following graduation from Bishop Carroll High School in Calgary, he proceeded to Gonzaga University in Spokane Washington, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Personnel Management. He immediately joined Kenworth, becoming the third generation in the family business.

Honorary Colonel Storwick serves on several committees and Boards. They include: Board of Governors for Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) Polytechnic, Committee Chair and Executive Board member for the SAIT Governance Committee, Motor Dealer Association of Alberta board member, and Vice President of the Strathcona Tweedsmuir School Alumni Association. Finally, he holds the post as the President of the Alberta chapter of the Gonzaga University Alumni.  He has been recognized through awards such as the North America Truck Dealer of the Year in 2007, the Young Entrepreneurs Organization Ray Hickok Award of Excellence for Education, and the Careers: The Next Generation - John Aldred Ambassadorship Award 2012.

Honorary Colonel Storwick is keenly interested in all sports and outdoor activities as well as preserving military history and artifacts. In support of The Military Museums in Calgary, he and his team have restored a 1944 Bren Gun Carrier to commemorate the centenary of the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry (PPCLI).
