Mr. John See was appointed as Honorary Colonel of 437 Transport Squadron at 8 Wing Trenton, ON in June 2009.
Born in Toronto in 1957, Honorary Colonel See graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from Queen's University in Kingston, ON. Following internal banking assignments for Toronto-Dominion bank in Houston, New York, and London, England, Honorary Colonel See returned to Canada in 1992 as vice-president of Corporate Investment Banking Group. In 1995, he was named senior vice-president of investor services for TD Bank and president and CEO of Green Line Investor Services, now TD Waterhouse. Honorary Colonel See is currently a member of the TD Bank Financial Group wealth management division operating committee, overseeing the businesses of TD Waterhouse Discount Brokerage.
Honorary Colonel See has been awarded the Top 40 under 40, is chair of Appleby College in Oakville, ON, vice-chair of the Toronto YMCA, and board member of Queen's School of Business.
Honorary Colonel See is married and has three children.
